InnerSpace Selected to Exhibit at Vizient Innovative Technology Exchange

Vizient Innovative Technology Exchange exhibit featured InnerSpace medical storage products

Marne, Mich., October 29, 2022—InnerSpace has been selected to exhibit their InterConnect Lock system and Ventaire Scope Drying and Tracking Cabinet at the Vizient Innovative Technology Exchange. Vizient, Inc., the nation’s largest member-driven health care performance improvement company, will hold the Exchange on October 17 in Dallas.

The annual Innovative Technology Exchange offers selected suppliers the unique opportunity to demonstrate their technologies to supply chain and clinical leaders from Vizient’s member hospitals and subject matter experts who serve on their supply councils. Each technology will showcase how it improves clinical outcomes, enhances safety or drives incremental improvements to health care delivery or business models.

InterConnect Locks offer a reliable, secure, and user-friendly lock system. Paired with InnerSpace Cloud, InterConnect Plus becomes a WiFi-enabled lock system that makes it easy to change security credentials and auto-lock times as well as identify who has access to each cart.

Ventaire Scope Drying and Tracking cabinets provide real-time tracking capabilities, online scope monitoring, and features an automated system that continuously delivers HEPA-filtered pressurized air into endoscope channels to keep scopes dry and avoid reprocessing.

“InnerSpace is thrilled to be invited to our first Vizient Innovative Technology Exchange. We’ll be at booth 203 and 205 showcasing our new Ventaire Scope Drying and Tracking cabinet and our new InterConnect locking system,” said Kevin Boyle, VP of Sales, InnerSpace. Dan Schroeder, Director of Corporate Accounts, added that “Both solutions offer healthcare organizations the ability to save time and expense while also improving security and safety, allowing for more time with staff and patients.”

“Suppliers come to the Exchange hoping to be awarded an Innovative Technology contract, which signals health care providers of their product’s unique qualities,” said Kelly Flaharty, senior director of contract services, Vizient. “We are pleased to include this technology in the group selected to participate.”

The annual Innovative Technology Exchange is part of Vizient’s Innovative Technology Program that includes product review of supplier-submitted technologies by member-led councils and task forces. Since 2003, Vizient has reviewed over 1,600 product submissions as part of its Innovative Technology Program.
