When you visit our Site, we track the products you’ve viewed, your location, IP address, and browser type. We gather information for remarketing, re-engagement, or similar audiences on our website. We collect this information in order to, but not limited to:
- Operate, maintain, and improve our website, services, and products.

- Process online purchase orders and keeping you informed about the status of your order.
When you submit a contact form, we collect personal information, including your name, email address, phone number, and company information.
If you have an account and you log into the Site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
You have the option to disable cookies on your computer by changing the settings in the options menu of your browser, though disabling cookies may affect your personalized Site experience.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this Site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
We use third-party ad networks to serve advertisements on our Site and on third-party websites. Be advised that such advertising companies may gather information about your visit to our Site (such as through cookies and web beacons) to enable such advertising companies to market products or services to you, to monitor which ads have been served to your browser, and which web pages you were viewing when such ads were delivered. If you would like more information about this practice and to know your choices, visit the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page.
The Site uses Google Analytics to collect data about your activities that do not personally identify you when you visit our Site. This information may include the content and products you view, the date and time that you view this content, the duration of your visit, or your location information associated with your IP address. We use the information we collect to better understand the usage of the Site. Although Google Analytics plants a permanent cookie on your web browser to identify you as a unique user the next time you visit the Site, the cookie cannot be used by anyone but Google. You can prevent Google Analytics from recognizing you on return visits to the Site by disabling cookies on your browser. For more information, see Google Analytics data practices and commitment to protecting the confidentiality and security of data.

Who we share your data with
Internally, your information is accessible to identified members of the InnerSpace team, including website administrators and production managers, who are tracking information to fulfill orders, process refunds, and support you.
We receive personal information from PayPal to carry out purchase transactions you request. We also receive website visitor information from Google Analytics and GoggleAds. We employ Constant Contact, Gravity Forms, and WooCommerce for the purposes of better understanding website visitor behaviors, interests, and personal information submitted through contact forms. Except as described here, we will not disclose your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes unless you have provided consent.
We use Google Analytics’ third-party audience data such as age, gender, and interests to better understand the behaviors of our customers and to collect information about your online activities to provide advertising targeted to suit your interests and preferences. For example, you may see certain ads on the Site or other websites because we contract with Google to target our ads based on information we or they have collected, including information that was collected through automated means (such as cookies and web beacons). Google uses automated technologies to collect information when you click on our ads, which helps track and manage the effectiveness of our marketing efforts.
How long we retain your data
We store personal information established in user accounts, request a quote, PayPal account, and website activity tracking indefinitely. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time, though they cannot change their usernames.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on the Site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
If you have any questions or concerns about the use of your personal data, please address correspondence to InnerSpace Human Resource Manager, 1239 Comstock St., Marne, MI, 49435.
How we protect your data
For security of transactions, we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, which encrypts any personal information you provide on contact forms on the Site. The encryption process protects your information by scrambling it before it is sent from your computer to us.
Servers that store website visitor information are regularly backed up to protect against loss. Your account is protected by your account password. We urge you to take steps to protect your personal information safe by not disclosing your password and by logging out of your account after each visit.
Only InnerSpace employees who perform specific functions such as Customer Service or Billing will have access to personally identifiable information.
InnerSpace does not collect credit card information. Online payments are processed by PayPal.
We value your trust in providing us your personal information, and we strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. No method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100-percent secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
What third parties we receive data from
We share your personal information to carry out transactions you request with entities that perform functions on behalf of InnerSpace, including PayPal, Google Analytics, and Goggle Ads.
