Complimentary analysis at your facility to evaluate workflow, space constraints, potential compliance and safety issues, and departmental organization

Partner with your clinical and project design teams to determine the optimal storage system solutions

Configure and Quote

1-5 days for standard product
5-14 days for custom product

InnerSpace sales team and customer service representatives help you plan, select, and specify products

Design a standard or customized product solution that meets your needs. Includes detailed CAD drawings by elevation or location

Present a quote with product details and price. You can approve the quote or ask for revisions. Once the quote is approved and a purchase order has been sent to us, your order is placed

Create

Lead times that outpace the industry. 14-60 days depending on the product

Manufacture and assemble product

Inspect assembled product to ensure InnerSpace quality standards are met

Configure technology, if applicable

Deliver and Install

15-30 days

Package and ship order to your specified location

InnerSpace coordinates installation with InnerSpace-approved partners when requested. Installation may include onsite support by InnerSpace representative

Support

Ongoing

InnerSpace provides onsite training and onsite support for all its products

Assess and respond to your requests for onsite field service. This could include virtual or in-person product support
