How do I change the InterConnect lock batteries in a Pace cart?

To Replace the batteries, slide down the panel in the rear top center of the unit to expose the battery pack. You will then carefully remove the battery pack from its housing before removing the used batteries. After replacing with new batteries, the battery pack goes back into the housing on the back of the unit and the cover plate is slid back into place.

How do I change the InterConnect lock batteries in a Roam cart?

To Replace the batteries, you must unlock and open your roam cart doors to gain access to the centralized battery housing at the bottom of the roam cart. Remove the two screws on this plate before sliding it out and setting it aside. You are then able to grab the battery pack from its housing, remove the used batteries and replace with new batteries. The battery pack goes back into the housing, the plate goes back on, and the screws go back in.

How do I add a name and location to the InterConnect lock?

To name and add a location to your lock you must first enter the admin pin of 5143. You will then select 1 which is lock and then 1 again which is information. On the next lock screen 1 and 2 are name and location you will then select whichever of these you prefer and use the number keys to punch in any name or location you desire before pressing enter.

How do I connect the InterConnect lock to WiFi?

To connect to WiFi you must enter the PIN (default: 5143) and then select settings. You will then press 3 which will take you into WiFi settings followed by 1 which is connect to WiFi. The lock will then search for available networks before displaying them. Then choose a network and enter its password before pressing enter and waiting for the lock to connect.

How do I add a new lock user to InterConnect lock?

You will first enter the PIN (default: 5143) before selecting settings and then 2, user. You will then either choose 1 or 2, add User or admin, and follow the steps that are the same for each. You will first be prompted to enter the new users name using the number keys followed by enter. The next step is entering a four-digit code and then finally scanning a RFID badge if desired on the lefthand side of the lock module.
