Marne, MI – InnerSpace has been recognized with a Great Place to Work® Certification for the second year in a row. The certification is in the small-to-medium business category and is effective from September 2024 through September 2025.
According to the Great Place to Work organization, certification recognizes employers who create an outstanding employee experience. The organization defines a great workplace as one where employees trust the people they work for, have pride in what they do, and enjoy the people they work with. One hundred InnerSpace employees completed the survey that focused on credibility, respect, pride, fairness, and camaraderie. In statements on workplace fairness, employees rated InnerSpace highly as a place where people are treated fairly regardless of race, gender, and sexual orientation. And 87 percent of employees feel that they can be themselves at work.
“We’re pleased to be awarded a Great Place to Work certification again this year,” says InnerSpace President Ben Barber. “Employees who feel positive about their workplace and work experiences are more engaged in their work and committed to InnerSpace. That translates to caring more about the quality of their work, and that means customers receive great support and great products.”
The annual certification process allows the company to continue to monitor progress on its investments in its people and the work environment.
“InnerSpace’s business practices and work environment reflect the value it holds for each of its employees. Our culture creates a supportive, enjoyable, and fun atmosphere where everyone is recognized and respected,” says Barber.
